    Only one huge disappointment - NO DIRECTIONS INCLUDED! i HAD TO GO BACK TO THE STORE TO GET INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PLACE THE PHONE IN THE OTTER BOX. But the product itself is great. My third one in three phones.
