Great case. Comparable to other cases on the market that advertise the same thing. Had some issues understanding installation, but once I saw the correct way, it was simple.

Feel like this is a very strong, and dependable case for my expensive phone. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Assures me that my phone is orotected.

This is a great product, but due to a complex design, figuring out how to fit it on the first try can be quite challenging. I was really fortunate to have Mario, who was on duty by the store entrance help me out. Mario saw me struggling with my new purchase and volunteered to help. This probably one of the best cases in the market for Galaxy phones. I had 3 of these kind for 3 different Samsung galaxy phones and my phones were always protected.

Works great. I dropped my phone, luckily I had this case on it, and nothing happened to the phone at all! Great protection for these extremely expensive phones!!!

Solid protection for your S21 5G phone. Only downside is if you fly drones. I fly a mavic mini and discovered that the USB cable won't fit and I have to remove the case to use it. Regular charging cables fit fine however.

Expensive, but worth it. Upgraded my phone so went with the Otterbox again. The new case is much less bulky and fits nicely in my hands. Still protects well.

Very good protection for my S21 5G, as it's been dropped a few times - a couple of instances by my grandson, who is 2.

Overall a nice phone case. Solid feel. A little heavy. Only real gripe is the cover over the charger port. Have to work the charger cable into the charging port because the cover of the case gets in the way. Also, i feel it will detach from use. Overall I would buy again.

The sales associate who sold us our new Samsung Galaxy phone was very helpful and even transferred the data from our old phone to our new phone. I think he understood that as older folks, dealing with technology was not in our wheelhouse, but he didn't make us feel bad about it. He said he actually worked for Samsung and offered his help in the future if we needed anything else. Unlike some younger people he didn't treat us as if we were stupid.

Perfect that's really nothing else I can say get a glass screen protector for the phone 2 always get OtterBox so you don't break your phone also a tip to all people after about a year when your OtterBox wears out call the customer service and ask for a new rubber they will help you get a new rubber for your phone they wear out over time especially if you change the SIM card often thank you enjoy

Nice case, very rugged. I was a little surprised it didn't have the screen protector that used to be built into the older Defender cases, but it works great.

I get otterbox defender series for each phone I buy. May seem pricey but it's cheaper than paying for insurance each month. It's protected each phone I've had.

Its slim and comfortable in the hand like the flap at the bottom so the charger port is no exposed all the time. Excellent protection on the corners

This case has worked great out in the field for construction! 10/10 recommend if looking for a case to protect your phone under harsh conditions.

Bought for my husband, he's very pleased with the rugged quality of the Otterbox Defender. It's a little bulky but does the job of protecting phone.

Thought it might be too bulky but form and function are actually very well balanced. The clip really comes in handy when my hands are full.
