I feels kind if thin, but I dropped my new phone for the first time and it's still working fine?

Always good quality. I'd have given 5 stars but they got rid of the plastic screen protector on them.

Excellent drop protection, 4th time I've chose the defender pro case. I used one for my S8, S9 Plus, S10 Plus and now with my S21 ULTRA . Check out Otterbox Screen Protectors, I bought my first one for the ultra and it was easy to install and it works great.

I dropped my phone twice the same day I got the Otterbox and to protected my phone perfectly.

I was concerned when we walked in because of the door person making faces and jumping around with the person in the mobile phones area. But another Associate helped us with the items we needed for the new phone. He was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.

This phone is "OUTTA DIS REALM!!!" Its soooo futuristic it does all and more my old phone did. Extremely Fast and Agile. This is the BEST phone out there, i'd NEVER buy anything else. I highly recomend this over your old phone, ANY old phone !

It provides more protection than last the last one. It just doesn't fit in my back pocket.

Solid and protective case as expected with any of the OtterBox Defender series. Also makes the phone easy to hold with good grip.

I enjoy OtterBox Defender cases. This one is just as good except due to the phone design, it is not centered. You can only place the phone one way when securing it face in or face out.

Good so far after a month. I dropped it maybe 2 or 2 times, no cracks

I would give it a 5 if it had a Built-in screen screen protector like they used to.

Very tough case , but also not bulky. Ive dropped my s21 ultra with this case several times, and it still looks brand new.

Although it is a little heavy it does a pretty good job of protecting my S21Ultra

Well built case to protect phone,but a little bulky even without belt clip on.

This Defender Pro has been a great case for my S21 Ultra. It replaced a Speck case that Speck isn't making as good of quality anymore. This Otterbox makes my phone a little bulkier but you can feel the quality, & it doesn't slip or slide which is what I really wanted. Only downside for some may be the limited colors. I have the blue which is awesome. But my wife needs one also, but she wants a more lady like color for her.
