Geek squad has been running me around and straight lying to me. Absolutely horrible service and I'm highly upset with the "nothing we can do" attitude from geek squad.

If I wear it on my right side horizontally (I am right-handed), the phone must be clipped in with top facing rearward, so I have to rotate it when inserting into the holster, and also when I take it out, which is quite inconvenient. Also, when I put the phone in the holster and forget to rotate it, the clip on the holster presses the power button and the shutoff screen appears. Not a good design for an Otterbox!
