Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly the worst case ever - every phone call I have to take the case off otherwise the caller gets an echo, and not just on speaker phone. It's the case, not the phone, since with the case off (or even just half off) things are fine... I give it two stars since the case offers the same great breakage protection from Otter box.

Not What it Used to Be
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.OtterBox Defense Pro series provided the best perfection hands down back when they included the built in screen protector, because the case was waterproof a long as the charging port flap was closed. Now, it's just another rugged phone case. It does the job, but not worth that 5th star until they provide that waterproof protection again. Years ago, they set the standard in elite protection. Now, they need to live up to it again.
