One came up at Best Buy. When I went to pick it up it was this item, which does NOT fit the Note 20. Best Buy Staff were excellent and refunded my purchase. Thank you. p.s. Samsung made a huge mistake when it discontinued the Galaxy Note.

My boyfriend dropped his s21 ultra 3 feet onto carpet and the phone completely shattered. Got a replacement and it broke by being in his pocket. This case doesn’t help at all and the phone is very fragile.

My first ordered i got the wrong phone.. my 2nd order the phone was full of glitches... my 3rd order they said theyvjad it but they ran out and the order was cancle.. and my 4th order the phone sucks too it doesn't gwt mobile data reception.. i am so sad.. i just want a nice affordable refurbished phone that works.. they claim its certified that worksnit doesnt.

The phone also when using multi window for anything typically gets an error that says it is overheating. I regret getting this phone.
