    snug, easy on, wish it had a clear protective cover for the front, also for the money, I would like it to be waterproof/resistant .

    Went in to get a screen replaced and my phone hasn't worked right since. Geek squad has been running me around and straight lying to me. Absolutely horrible service and I'm highly upset with the "nothing we can do" attitude from geek squad.

    Poor Holster Design

    The case itself was great, however the holster design is not so great. If I wear it on my right side horizontally (I am right-handed), the phone must be clipped in with top facing rearward, so I have to rotate it when inserting into the holster, and also when I take it out, which is quite inconvenient. Also, when I put the phone in the holster and forget to rotate it, the clip on the holster presses the power button and the shutoff screen appears. Not a good design for an Otterbox!

    Dont get if you work in an oily place. It ruins the rubber. Other than that its a great case

    This case did not work as expected phone still fell off the clip and ended up causing it to blakout i had to get my phone repaired

    The quick release latch is on the wrong side!

    I am a righty and left to keep the phone at my left hip Twisting the clip on the rear of the holster does NOT fix the simple fact that the quick release latch is on the wrong side! I must now either keep my phone upside down (and endanger the camera lenses) or use both hands to quick release the phone from the holster (major inconvenience) Somebody at OtterBox screwed up BIG time (or must be a lefty)

      We actually had to make some modifications to the traditional placement of certain aspects of this Defender Series holster in order to accommodate the design of the Galaxy S21 Ultra, which is the reasoning behind the dynamic you've noticed.
