The rubber piece done it's job but it came off and only one corner of the plastic piece had a small piece gone. I got up to at least 40 miles per hour when it flew off. So I had to have this new one. I say thank you thank you very much Otter Box.

hard to plug in charging cord

I have had Otter Box Cases before and they are Awesome just this case is made to where it is difficult to connect with adapter .

Rugged protection!

Yes, invest is the well-chosen word for the cost of the Otterbox, because the rugged case is the best insurance I can get for protecting my phone. Every phone I've owned has taken some bad spills, bad enough to damage or even destroy the phone without the Otterbox. I'll never leave the store with a new phone that's not Otterebox-protected!
