Plastic screen cover makes case unusable

The phone doesn't respond when hitting the numbers/letters in the corners. In fact, the case made my glass protector lift from the screen because it puts so much pressure on the glass. A very helpful BestBuy associate helped me remove the plastic, and now it works fine. Otherwise, it is a very sturdy case.
