She has already dropped it twice and the Defender has protected it perfectly both times. We have used Defenders on all of our smartphones and have never had issues from standard drops. Great products and worth the price!

It is nice knowing if i drop the phone all aspects are covered! These phones are increasing in price( as much as a computer!) so very happy with it! Thought it would be hard to text through protecter but it is not at all!!

Plastic screen cover makes case unusable

The phone doesn't respond when hitting the numbers/letters in the corners. In fact, the case made my glass protector lift from the screen because it puts so much pressure on the glass. A very helpful BestBuy associate helped me remove the plastic, and now it works fine. Otherwise, it is a very sturdy case.
