This product is fairly good at that, but a direct hit on the screen might easily overpower the thin plastic sheet that overlays the phone, although not tightly bonded to the screen. So that’s the downside. One is looking through a plastic sheet at the screen, holding a very busy multi-part plastic case. It’s an ok product, but merely the “next best thing to being there.”
