If you are pretty rough on your phone or let children use your phone then this would be a great choice. I've dropped it / knocked off counters multiple times with the defender series cases and my phone has always stayed protected. Included belt clip is nice if you don't prefer to pocket carry the phone as well.

Solid protection but a little bulky. If you want to sleekness of your phone, don’t get this case. If you want to make sure you don’t mess your phone up when you drop it, then this is the case for you

Strong and sturdy. Was a bit hard to separate the rubber cover from the case but once the trick is figured out it’s very easy afterwards. I rely on the belt clip which can slide in both a vertical and horizontal position for my iPhone. My iPhone is the SE 3rd generation 5G phone.

Buy one for your iPhone. You've seen the fools who don't buy a protective case, and while they save a few bucks now, they have a cracked screen in less than a year. OtterBox has saved my phone from getting damaged several times over, so it's worth it.

I recently had a cheaper case on my Iphone 6, dropped it and of course it hit just right and destroyed the screen. Decided it was time to upgrade the phone and case. I have dropped the phone a couple of time with absolutely no damage to the phone. The case is a bit of a pain to put on, but the protection is well worth it! If I had on of the on my older phone, I have no doubt I'd still be rocking the Iphone 6.

Know and love Otterbox line. Had to go over directions and really fight to get on, but am happy with results. Believe protection is worth added expense, bulk and weight. Took belt clip to workshop, measured and drilled so that flashlight and back camera are useable while phone still in belt clip.

Highly recommend this product! Keeps my phone safe from spills, rain and other situations involving water! Also protects my phone from falls onto hard surfaces, so I never have a problem with the screen cracking. So if you need a product to keep your phone safe from water and rough use this is a great product and worth the price.

I bought this for my daughters 8. I wanted to buy one for my x but no longer make it with front shield. I went with lifeproof. Not sure I am a fan of life proof and sad to see otterbox make this change. The defender I bought for the 8 is sleek and offers the protection of otterbox I can trust.
