Best Buy great, Apple not so much

I have contacted Apple to walk through these issues, with the result being: they don’t have a resolution on a mobile application. Which seems incredibly ridiculous. I was told one can not rename photos in iCloud. Also issues with music from MacBook Pro to iPad not carrying over. Pretty big “oops” in my estimation. That, however, is an issue with Apple, not with Best Buy. Best Buy has knowledgeable sales associates who assisted me in purchasing the correct-for-me product. The iPad works just fine. A major complaint, which is Apple-complaint, is that the charging cords with the Apple iPad and the Apple iPhone are NOT interchangeable. How stupid! This means taking MORE charging cords / adaptors when going away from house for any time. Sure, I’ll end up buying a connecting cable, so that I don’t have to bring two heavy adaptors. Yet more expense. Pleased with Best Buy, not so much with Apple.
