I am not sure why but they did not put a protective film over the earpiece and front camera so lint and dust gets down in there between the screen and the protective covering on top of the screen so every other day you need to take the case off and clean your phone and the inside of the protective screen. Makes no sense whatsoever. Hopefully I can still get my money back for it. I’m not sure it’s an option for the SE But the iPhone 11 defender case does not have the front protective screen because of this reason.

The built in clear plastic screen protector significantly reduces the tactile feel with the touch screen and with mine I was constantly finding dust and other small particles getting trapped inside. Much better off getting the Otterbox one grade below this on the protection spectrum and applying a separate screen protector right on the screen. I love OtterBox usually, just not this particular model.

Thanks for your feedback regarding the Defender Pro Series. The product offers dust protection, but it isn't completely dust proof. If you'd like to use a tough case with a separate screen protector, we suggest taking a look at the Pursuit Series, which can be found right here at Best Buy!
