I had my current Otterbox for only two days and somehow got a one inch scratch across the front. I’m not sure how it happened since I always carry it in an empty pocket . Maybe it was that way when I bought it, and I simply didn’t check it properly and took notice of the defect . My advice is carefully inspect your product before leaving the Bestbuy parking lot.
