I just upgraded my phone and of course, the old case does not fit the newer model. My previous OtterBox served me well when my phone hit the pavement and I expect no less from this one, It takes a little maneuvering to get it in place, but is well worth the price.

If you truly want to protect your expensive I Phone , this is the case to buy . Buy the optional screen protector , buy it from Best Buy and have them instal it . It will cover a replacement in the future .

Excellent product. Used for a maintenance manager who manages to throw his iPhone off the roof accidentaly occasionaly so the OtterBox prevents the phone from breaking

I bought my otter over 5, 6, 7 years ago and my phone never cracked or got scratched while everyone I knew their phone after a week would be cracked or shattered.Worth every penny and I tell everyone about my otter.

Love the durability of this otter box. I personally don't think you can beat Otter boxes for protection. I am giving 4 stars because the inside clear screen protector does seem to have a little space that I can feel when pressing on the screen. Not sure if that is from the installation the store associate did (who was kind enough to install it for us), or just a defect in the product. Otherwise I love Otter boxes only wish they were no sooo expensive and pricey!

Excellent phone case. Only complaint with Best Buy is that I purchased. 70 inch TV in October that had lines on the screen when turned on. Returned it the next am and Best Buy refused to look at it because I did not buy extended warranty.

This is a great case for my work phone, an iPhone SE 3rd gen. I have had a few iPhones already (due to contract renewal) and for all I have always used OtterBox cases, they are a little more expensive than others, but cheaper than replacing a damaged screen, and I have never had to replace a case. The case has a rib all-around the screen that keeps the phone screen away from the surface, and it includes a plastic screen protector, but it is not adhered to the phone screen, which makes it feel akward when touching the screen as it makes a clicking noise. It also includes a holster to put it on your belt, but I do not use it. But overall it feels very robust, tough, it will surely protect my phone when dropped, and since I work in manufacturing, this will happen sooner or later. But all OtterBox cases have survived, and that is why I use them.

Perfect to have a good cover on my cellphone. Advisable to have one for those who don't.

we purchased the Otter Box for our I-phone. This one came with a clip to hang off your waist band. We are very happy the the protection this gives your phone.

This sucker is tough. I've already dropped it several times and the phone remains unscathed. Don't know why everyone doesn't use this case.

Love this Otter Pro phone protector. Got it not moment too soon as I dropped it off table next day and it just bounced due to protection. It was a little difficult to figure out how to open and put on phone, and instructions were useless, but YouTube saved me.

OtterBox is a leader in smartphone cases. The Defender series protects my whole iPhone. For a small investment, it goes a long way in keeping my phone protected and me from worrying about expensive repairs. Nice and highly recommended product by Otterbox!

Very tough case. I wish it were water proof. It is also a little heavier than most.

Personally, I prefer clipping my cell phone to my belt to avoid scratching the screen and fit it easy to use the phone in receiving or making calls. Just a preference.

Great protection for my cell phone. Best I have ever had. The diagram or graphic used by the manufacturer is a little misleading when getting it set up, but help from Best Buy personal cleared the confusion.

Excellent product to keep kids from breaking their phones. We’ve used this particular case on each of our kids phones to avoid buying a warranty to cover accidental damage.
