The overall experience was great. I made an online appointment with the Geek Squad for 5pm. Came in to get the smashed screen on my phone fixed. I thought it would be done same day ,but since they closed at 6 I had to complete the paperwork and drop my phone off the next day for the actual repair. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and transparent about the process. The repair and timetable went exactly as they said it would and was very convenient and simple start to finish.

this is one case you will need if you have kids who tend to throw the phone away when you refuse to give them the youtube. The kids already broke the interior hard shell on one upon a throw. So far no damage to the phone. So, it pays for itself. We have otterbox defender cases for 3 iphones and one galaxy at home.

This was a case for my husband's phone and he tends to be a bit rough on them. So far this is a great case offering good protection for his new phone

Would have given it a 5 star rating but must mark it down due to the difficulty in holding the flap open to insert charging cord and the fact that the thickness of the cover sometimes makes it difficult to hit tabs that show up on the phone screen margins.

My son got his first phone so this cover is the perfect cover specially since I know it will Dropped many times !!

The OtterBox I purchased several years ago fell apart when I opened it after purchasing a new phone a couple of weeks ago but the old phone was in pristine condition. I bought this one because I never have had so much as a cracked screen on any phone and all were protected by an OtterBox.

Otterbox has an excellent reputation. The only drawback with the defender series is the screen protector. Once it gets scratched or scuffed, there’s not much you can do besides buy a new case for $50. Although it adds bulk, it offers superior protection.

Suits the need. Great protection for the iPhone 8. Especially if you tend to drop or leave unattended with kids around.

These are great cases for anyone but especially for kids! We will always have one on our kiddos phone.
