I have encased my iPhones in the Otterbox Defender for years and this one works just as well as the last ones. I marked it down one star because my iPhone 8 rarely recognizes my fingerprint because the case covers the button with a thin layer of plastic in order to protect the phone. My concern about charging through the case with a wireless charger was allayed upon my first attempt. It charges just fine through the back of the case.

Excellent case to protect you iPhone investment. Sturdy, clamps in to the belt clip tightly, prevents the phone from breaking when it's dropped. You will drop your phone... buy this case!

I have used Otter box for my telephone for years. They are great! For several times I accidentally dried my device and it never even have a crack or scratch. I super recomendo Otter box.

Purchased this case for my son's first phone and couldn't be happier. Very sturdy and like that the charging port has a cover. Does add bulk to the phone so if you want to keep the slim profile of your phone it may not be for you.

My husband loves the cases that come with the side clip for work. This is exactly what he wanted. Nice that it has kind of a patter on the back other than just being plain like our previous one.

I really liked the last one I had for my Android phone, so when we upgraded our phones to the newer iPhone I chose it again. My husband prefers lifeproof but I really like otterbox and it was on sale

I had the otterbox for my iphone 6.. it was amazing!! When I got the 8 there was no question which case would protect my phone and investment best. It is easy to use, I can see and hear clearly and it gives me peace of mind.

I trust 100% otter box cases for my phones. They are very reliable and protects the phones extremely well. My last two phones look like new after taking the case off of them after 3 years on using it! I recommend them 100%.

SERVES IT PURPOSE NEED TO PROTECT PHONE. NOT AS CHEAP SO WANTED TO PAY A LITTLE MORE

You can never go wrong with this case. Stop whining about how expensive it is and preserve your phone investment. Mine is still going strong today with no issues.

This otter box does a great job of doing what it is supposed to and that is to protect the phone. The thing I don’t like compared to others is it is a little more challenging to get the charger cord into the port because of how thick that part of the case is. Really isn’t a big deal but it is something that makes it a little less user friendly.
