It is rugged and handles everyday use very well.

First, it is an otter box and lives up to its reputation and is one of the more sturdy and protective cases. Is it overpriced ? Yes. Are there comparable or even better protective cases for significantly more affordable prices ? Yes. Furthermore, always go for MAG SAFE whether otterbox MagSafe or another brand, just go for MagSafe
