I’ve been using this brand of case for a long time though and am happy with it.

Poor belt clip

The nipple on belt clip isn’t very prominent and allows the phone to fall out. I had an old iPhone 8 Plus belt clip and it worked great. It had a larger nipple to clip onto the case. I reported this to otter box and no reply from them.
