(That was the first part that failed on my old case.) If I could be sure that it will hold up over time, I would give it 5 stars.

I work construction and when I drop my phone I hardly ever break the glass screen protector. I have never actually broken the screen with this case, but after so many months, the case get saggy. I would say after about eight months, I buy another one. Cheaper and easier than having to send it in to repair my phone.
