Phone in case with Sagg screen cover. Impacted the opening for the ringer on off& literally bent the one of 2 plastic tabs and shattered the whole back of the phone sagg screen protector & front display. Sent in to Apple They said it's a new iPhone full replacement. Could nor be repaired. Phone was less than a month old.

It may be ok for others but not having any protection over the camera lens is a deal breaker for me. I knew it wasn't water proof but thought it would have been sealed to cover the camera.

The magsafe did not work very well and on a normal wireless charger it had issues kicking in. I think ill stick with the tried and true defender case.

I've already gotten a crack on the screen protector I have. I had the old style OB with the screen protector attached and it lasted many years.

"Terrible product"

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using the OtterBox defender for a number of years and never had a problem with it till I bought my new one to fit my iPhone 13 Pro. The case fits fine around the phone without any issue. Where the issue comes into play, is when you try to put the case into the clip itself. The clip mechanism does not hold the phone inside of the clip mechanism. Therefore the phone is always falling out. I have had to use a rubber band to hold it in place. I would not recommend this product.

To my dismay there was no Steen or camera protector like on previously purchased models I had acquired in the past. This product is of no use in my line of work as a construction supervisor. It is more an offender than a defender especially since the price was much higher and offered much less protection I will be returning this case.
