Horrible!!

Have had a defender series case on all my IPhones and loved them! Never had an issue. I purchased this case for my new 13promax and it constantly falls out of the clip. Clip is very loose. Tried contacting otter box and it was useless. Now have to buy another case before my phone get either lost or broken. NOT HAPPY..

It’s disappointing because I love otter box because they have always kept my phone secure

Not secure enough when attached to the belt clip
