The box doesn’t stay fitted on the bottom of the phone. I do not know if the problem is the box or if it’s the iPhone 13 Pro Max, either way, it’s awful.

Not happy with the fit

I have always had a defender way back from the iPhone 4. I’m Really concerned about the design. It feels like the phone is not secure. The front is also not deep like previous models. I’m going to try to purchase something better.

I put this on, drop my phone one time and the back breaks. I used to love otter box, but they have gotten worse.

Broke the glass on the first day. Stay away! Sent it back for a replacement and it has the same issue.

Very unstable exterior cover and not holding

It fell three times out of the base cover/ not a way to treat a 1500 dollars phone.

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. The Defender and Defender Pro Series case are compatible with wireless charging, but do not contain magnets in the case. Therefore, they will not adhere or "snap" to MagSafe charging stands and accessories. Should one be looking for a case with the rugged protection of the Defender, but also with MagSafe (magnets in the case) the Defender XT is an excellent option to consider! Holster won’t hold iPhone
