Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don’t understand all tje negative reviews, because my otter box does the job it’s supposed to do , to protect a 1200 dollar phone. Of course , i heve a touch of ocd , so the complaints i’m reading musr be from people that are really rough in their phones. I clean it evey day, i have ni problems wirh the covered flaps that protect the charging port, and the mute / on button .

I like that it doesnt have the cheap (easy to scratch) plastic screen cover. Only reason for not giving it 4 Stars is that I can not charge my iPhone wirelessly with this case on it. I am getting another charger, not sure if it's just the one I'm using now that is the problem, but it worked fine before I put the case on and it works still with my husbands Android who also has the same Otter case I do.

The clip is flimsy and bareley locks rhe lhone in. The edges of the acreen are not nearly as protected as they were with the Defender for the 11 Pro Max. I was so confident whenni bought this case i though the packaging in the trash on my way out of the store. Unfortunately this means i can return it whichi would do in a second. This is case is no bueno

Clip sucks

My phone always falls out of the clip this is a crap effort please fix this issue , other wise the case is self is awesome.

Quality has decreased!!
