Phone will not stay in holster
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The case itself is great as all otter box cases I have owned. This one however has a huge defect holster. My brand new phone has fallen out multiple times. I find that the holster holds the phone solid when the screen is facing out vs in. The reason one buys this style is to protect the body and screen of the device. This is super frustrating for me as I am a service tech climbing up and down ladders. I’ve also tested it on my wife’s holster. Same issue. This case needs to be re engineered. It appears to hold best with the screen facing out due to the bolsters on the top and bottom of the of the front of the case. If the case can be redesigned with the bolsters equally on both sides it would solve the problem. Super upset. This would be a perfect 5 star if the phone and holster would do it’s intended job. Please fix issue

No wireless charging, not same defender

Offers basically zero protection on the side bezel part. Belt clip being recalled and supposedly new one will fix current belt clip problem.

We actually have tested and confirmed compatibility with Qi wireless technology, but unfortunately, results can vary depending on what base is being used. And it's worth mentioning that this specific model wasn't designed to accommodate Apple's MagSafe ecosystem, so that charger won't work.

Of course , i heve a touch of ocd , so the complaints i’m reading musr be from people that are really rough in their phones. I clean it evey day, i have ni problems wirh the covered flaps that protect the charging port, and the mute / on button .

Can Never go Wrong with Otter

I like that it doesnt have the cheap (easy to scratch) plastic screen cover. Only reason for not giving it 4 Stars is that I can not charge my iPhone wirelessly with this case on it. I am getting another charger, not sure if it's just the one I'm using now that is the problem, but it worked fine before I put the case on and it works still with my husbands Android who also has the same Otter case I do.

The clip is flimsy and bareley locks rhe lhone in. The edges of the acreen are not nearly as protected as they were with the Defender for the 11 Pro Max. I was so confident whenni bought this case i though the packaging in the trash on my way out of the store. Unfortunately this means i can return it whichi would do in a second. This is case is no bueno
