Posted .Sorry to hear you're feeling a bit letdown by the lack of the integrated screen protector that's to be found on some of our Defender Series cases for other devices. Actually, with the exception of the version for iPhone SE/8/7, we shifted away from that design back in 2017 with the release of the iPhone X in an effort to better balance protection and performance for ever-increasing device displays.

I have used exclusively the otter box defender case on previous phones, rock solid cases. Have totally survived multiple drops on all kinds of floors. I will not use an iphone without them!

Always happy with OtterBox
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have been using OtterBox for years for our cell phone cases and have been very happy with them and their durability. The only time we have had to replace the ones for our old phones was when the rubber started to separate (and that was only once over a 6 year period of time). I am a little disappointed that they no longer come with the build in screen protector though which adds the extra expense of purchasing a separate screen protector.

It has great grip and very well protected from drops. Must open door to charge and small door to flip to silent mode.
