Don't be fooled by the "Hard Shell" descriptor. It actually feels more like an auto tire rather than hard like metal. It feels very comfortable, and the protective case still makes the controls easy to use. I had a Best Buy tech install the case, and I'm glad I did because the tech was so much more careful than I'd have been, but installing the case isn't rocket science.

Best Buy employee put it on perfectly for me too, because I didn’t even want to TOUCH my new iPhone15 pro max without a solid case on it. And when I think of a solid case, I always think OTTERBOX. I will not have a picture attached because I refuse to take it off.
