I have dropped my phone from less than the height of a water bottle and have cracked my screen protector 4X with this case now. Doesn’t protect near camera side button at all.

Having cut off the frame and bumper to accommodate the new camera control was sophomoric at best. I will replace this when I find a vetted product that knows what it was doing.

Our engineering team not only found that the new notch does not diminish the drop protection of the case, we also re-engineered these cases to be Drop+ 7x rated. One thing I absolutely don't like is the case doesn't protect the button on the lower right hand side where you can instantly access the camera. I went to 5 different stores to look for cases and the selection was slim to none - not many choices and/or out of inventory so my hands were tied - I needed a case and went with this one.
