Was told this was returnable and it wasnt

When i recieved it i called best buy to return it and was told there was nothing they could do and it wasnt returnable. This was still within the two week period. Best buy has lost a customer for life

Remove the belt clip and offer a coupon? If I wanted a non-belt case... isn't that what the commuter series was? I'd rather you charge the 15$ up from and it come with a belt clip then fumble around with a coupon and not have a belt for 2-4wks... Tried it without and had to wear cargo pants because a big phone doesn't fit in traditional pockets. Fresh out of the store... because my pants stuck out further than usual with the phone in a cargo pocket...it got caught between the jeep door and the seat and cracked the screen... where? where the gap was. Whoever is your marketing and testing manager... they also need caught between a door and seat.. repeatedly. Biggest fail I've seen a phone accessory company do. We have 4,312 defender cases in our inspector cadre... there will be 0 once we update our phones in the spring... unreal

Flawed Design

Before i had even gotten out of the store with the csse on, my screen protector had cracked in that unprotected area while having only been either on a table or in someone’s hands. Been using otterbox since i started using iphones a decade ago and always loved them before this

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used otterbox since the iPhone came out but this one fell very short i have had to replace my screen protector about 3-4 times until I realized that it is the otter box case that doesn’t protect the screen on the right lower side where there is the new button that was causing the screen protector to crack change case to one that protects that area so far no issues

I took the case off to clean my phone. My phone is scratched all around the Bezzel. I have a black iPhone. The phone looks completely damaged. Very upset. Do not buy if you value your device.
