However, after changing devices and using this particular case I noticed a potential issue. When the device is secured in the holster face in, it is not as snug as when it is face out. I contacted Otterbox as I thought this shouldn't be happening considering it was a brand new case. They informed me that this is a known issue and that this particular case was designed to have the device face out in the holster because of the button arrangement on the device. Ultimately they had make some adjustments to accommodate for this change. While I trust Otterbox products, I think they should consider redesigning this case.

Works ok but poor camera lens protection

Does ok at protecting the phone but camera lens protection could be better...already have a broken lens. Overall protects phone better than other brands I've had but could use improvement.
