Wireless charging is an issue. It doesn't want to sit on the standup wireless charger, and it does want to charge thru the thick case on a flat charger. Plus, it doesn't fit in my wireless charger in my car.

Although this model has been tested and confirmed compatible with Qi technology, results can definitely vary depending on what charger is being used. And as you pointed out, the physical nature of any given case and any particular standing or car charger can also create some challenges in terms of a good fit.

The edges are protected, as are the corners. The case is raised enough so my lens are not in contact with any surfaces. Got it on sale for $60 i think. The case holder is great. I have a screen protector and it hasnt had any issues with the edge of the case.
