Case was nice and solid for the first few weeks. Havent dropped it at all and the case is now starting to creak when I hold it like the fromt frame is lossening from the inner backing. Not sure if this is from the tight grip the included holster has on it when holstered or if the grip my car mount puts on it. But these cases didn't used to do this. I am now past the return window for BestBuy and otterbox charges shipping, handling, and tax for their "free" exchange under warranty. I may just buy a different case like Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pro, becauseni need a case that has a holster.

The rubber shell is definitely made from cheaper material that what i expected as the rubber is peeling apart and starting to lose its elasticity

Horrible protection
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had my Otterbox on for less than a week and a half & i dropped my phone from about knew length then almost caught it buy it ended up land face up on its back with the screen cracks from one end to the other wroth almost like a hole in the corner. How could this happen with the otterbox AND a screen saved on. In all reality I should called & flipped out considering it's a $1500 phone that I'm not even able to use now. I'll never buy an Otterbox again because of this
