This is the first Otterbox I've purchased. I've had the Defender Pro on my Samsung 23 Ultra for two weeks and so far it is the only case I have found that offers solid protection with a rubber texture feel I can actually grip. It's already proven to be a good investment!

Great protection, durable. Easy to access the phone.

This is my first Outter Box purchase and find it to be good. The actual model type mirrors another manufacture model that was much better in a few ways. This model from Outter Box (OB) has a very thin and pointy clip release that releases the phone from the belt holster. This pointy clip release is hard plastic that is part of the holster molding that requires more force to release, causing one to use more force, which causes one to use two hands in retrieving the phone. The manufacture/ model that OB was imitating had a spring release clip which allowed one to retrieve the phone with one hand. Also, the original manufacture/ model's belt clip on the holster had a dual purpose clip that would convert into a stand that would allow you to use the holster as a phone stand (which rotated 180°) to enjoy viewing video on your phone in a ideal and clever option. And finally, the OB model comes in the typical OB standard of a plastic frame mounted around the phone and then a rubber casing or cover over the plastic frame, which I've always found to be a poor design. Conversely, the original manufacture/ model came with only a well fitted, sturdy and well designed hard rubber shell that felt firm and robust and performed in protection under very extreme conditions.

I have relied on Otter Defense cases for my past cell phones. It has protected my expensive Samsung phones in the past and it was the logical choice for my S24 Ultra. I would never use anything else. Worth every penny.

Best phone case I've ever had. Otterbox never disappoints!!

LOVE IT Great Gift! I would buy again, It was perfect for the phone, fit nice and tight. When I need another one I will not hesitate to buy again. I would also recommends to others. Also the service workers were polite and knowledgeable about the product.

I absolutely love this phone, i did my research through best buy an it seemed to good to be true. Once i purchased the phone i realized it wasnt it runs very well an the storage Is phenomenal With a perfect camera can ask for a better samsung galaxy!!!

This otterbox case is bar none the best case I've ever had on my Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra. The protection is superior versus other case brands and quality is felt in your hand.

Whenever I upgrade to a new mobile phone, the first thing I get is a new OtterBox. I am clumsy and old so drop things a lot. The OtterBox helps my phone last much longer due to it's protection.

have been buying otterbox for phone protection for many years now. Have had so much success with them I no longer buy insurance for my phones because of how much I trust the case's ability to protect my phone. Might be big, might not be the most flashy looking, but it does what it says and does it well.

I am lucky to hsve this because I left my prior one on top of my car. The phone flew off my car roof. I manage to retrieve it. The phone was ok. I boight this one new to replace my old one. I trust this accessory.

Great phone! The best! But I was so mad when I left the store as your phone team turned off my old phonier and said they activated my new S23 but the did not! I had no phone for 3 hours and had to eject the sim card from the old phone and put it in the new phone myself and then activate the phone my self on Tmoble website! I got it working and then had to transfer all the files my self! And also I prepaid for the Samsung 23 before release and was supposed the trade in the phone before the deal and not after I picked up the phone the guy doing the sale had no idea so I did not get the promotion deal and gift card back at the end ,so I ended up paying full price for it and the guy that said he activated the phone did it with old sim card in the old phone! Not HAPPY at all and may never buy a phone from you again! Every one trying to run the phone sales and activation and promo all had a different story and nobody knew anything! I hope some how I get a credit on my BestBuy account for this FRUSTRATING Phone purchase! I hate to sound like a Karen but I was not happy at all. The phone is amazing!

Great protection for your phone. After several drops over the past 2 years the inner plastic bezel cracked. Did its job. protected the phone. Onward for another two years.

Excellent product to protect an expensive phone. My phone took a hard fall and cracked the corner of the hardshell, but it did its job and protected the phone. I contacted OtterBox and they sent me a replacement without any hassle.

This cover did everything that is needed. It's very sleek

The name says it all I've always trusted this brand to protect all my phones I've never had a problem with its best at protecting when you have that moment when accidentally dropping your $1200 dollar phone thats when it really counts

I absolutely love this case. Been using this kind since I had the galaxy note 10. There's an updated feel to the rubber on this which is great as well. Wouldn't choose any other brand but that's just me.

My only complaint is that it does not have a screen protector as the older models use to have.

I keep dropping my phone (accidentally) due to shakiness in my hands. This is is the best phone case i have found. I had a previous one for a different model phone, it dropped off the car while going thru a round about, and the phone survived!

Seriously defender cases have saved my phones more times then I can count! They may be bulky but its totally worth it, trust me this has saved my phone from many 6 foot drops on tile/concrete without a scratch. I never leave the store without one of these on my phone. Trust me!
