He paid for it then clipped it on his pants and when he went to sit in the car the clip broke right off! We went back into the store and exchanged it for a different type of cover.

Flap over charging port fights back hard when try to hook up cable. Way un-necessary. If I could think of something good to say about this case I would. Don't think twice about buying it, think a hundred times about it, and still don't get it.

Ruined my galaxy s23 / do not trust

The plastic broke on one corner within a couple months of indoor use and no drops. I guess the pressure from being in my pocket alone was enough to break what used to be the world’s best cases. It also left tons of scratches all over my phones bezel. This case ruined my brand new phone.

While this case does feature raised edges around the screen to assist with drop protection, our engineers removed the built-in screen protector from our Defender Series cases a few years back to ensure complete functionality with the newest devices. Our engineers redesigned our Defender Series in order to provide the same drop protection even without the built-in screen protector. If you're looking for 360 degree protection, we'd recommend pairing this case with one of our trusted screen protectors.
We'd also like to mention that the holster accessory that's included with this case can double as a kickstand for your device. If you rotate that clip on the back of the holster, you'll be able to prop your phone up for handsfree viewing. The cutouts were off and were pressing the lock button. I had to return the case immediately.
