They put the wrong SIM card in it and I had a terrible experience with. Ended up returning it and getting a new iphone.

Otterbox warranty no better than a $5 case. Junk

This product is a complete rip-off. So I buy an $80 case because I think they will warranty my screen if drops and breaks. Not TRUE. Just as well buy a $5 case and save myself $75. I'll never buy another of their expensive cases again. Drop the phone 1 time and the screen broke in 3 places. This is a scam.

We’re happy to send a new OtterBox product under our product warranty, but we are unable to extend our warranty to the device itself, as we are not the manufacturer. Product quality isnt what it used to be

Great for drops!
