Cracked after four months

Rough edges

He paid for it then clipped it on his pants and when he went to sit in the car the clip broke right off! We went back into the store and exchanged it for a different type of cover.

Did not offer any advice. Just said it wasn't their problem. Disappointed in Best Buy's customer DISS-service and in Otterbox's quality.

I otter warn you about this case

Flap over charging port fights back hard when try to hook up cable. Way un-necessary. If I could think of something good to say about this case I would. Don't think twice about buying it, think a hundred times about it, and still don't get it.

Ruined my galaxy s23 / do not trust

The plastic broke on one corner within a couple months of indoor use and no drops. I guess the pressure from being in my pocket alone was enough to break what used to be the world’s best cases. It also left tons of scratches all over my phones bezel. This case ruined my brand new phone.

Lost its quality

Creaky while using the phone. Feels cheap.

Same thing with my S21 FE Defender case! OtterBox isn't the brand they once were - I expect flawless function for $65. Avoid OtterBox until they improve the quality of their products.
