I ordered online for a store pick up. For some reason placing the order online did not verify who I was even though Best Buy had taken my debit card and phone was paid for. It took around 45 minutes once I got to the store to get the issue taken care of.

Protects the phone from basic falls.

Too Thick

OtterBox needs to develop a way to make them thinner. Also, the materials feel cheaper. Quality has declined for OtterBox; there's so much value from other companies at a more affordable price.

They are reliable, great warranty, and a good price for what you get. Purchasing from Best Buy gives me flexibility and support no matter where I am. Love it!

Pop sockets don't stick well / no magsafe

This case isn't magsafe compatible either. The price is also high.

Camera performance seems on par. The flat display is much easier to work with, especially if you have edge panels turned on.
