Case is warped and misshapen.

Does NOT include the holster anymore

Now it must be ordered separately using a code. Then you go to redeem the code only to find there is no ADD button to get just the holster. I've tried multiple times with no luck. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Not friendly with any common screen protectors

After purchasing one again for the S25 Ultra, I tried using it in tandem with any generic screen protector and while installing the Otterbox onto the phone, the screen protector was being lifted off. Afterwards I discovered Otterbox sells one for $40 with no self centering tool that also cleans off any dust on the phone when installing. This will most likely be the last time I'm ever purchasing an OtterBox until they make the cases more compatible or I stop using screen protectors.

Very bad

I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy
