Why would the sales person suggest I purchase that item? I had to make a trip back to Best Buy and return it. I live 35 miles one way from your store. Geek Squard tech was here to set up my new router and helped me with my charger issue. He is the one who told me it would not work. I already suspected that was the problem. Not good!
