Upon purchasing my new phone, once again I bought an OtterBox defender. I was disappointed when I discovered the phone is no longer encased. You have to buy a different model that's way more expensive. Shame on you OtterBox!

phone is great...not so much this particular case

I am very careful but the phone slipped out of my hand once and also out of my son's. It CLEARLY scratched the glass. This case DOES NOT come with protective glass..nor does it loop around the phone high enough to protect it. It is only a month old and I really want a new case.

My last otterbox defender came with a screen protector so I thought this one would also include the screen protector. If you google otterbox with screen protector this model pops up as having the built in screen protector.
