I bought this OtterBox Defender for my son's use with his cell phone, after multiple damaged cell phones have occurred. It's one of the most protective units on the market for mobile phones, and is well worth the cost, given the protection that it provides for a high-end cell phone like the Samsung S10+. The case is a little bulky for my tastes, but it protects the phone as well as any protective case on the market now.

Case is very durable. Raised bezel keeps the screen from laying flat. Case is not slippery, so you can lay it down without worrying about it sliding away. All features including the powershare and fingerprint scanner still work with this case. Case does not come with screen protector since phone already has one.

As the manufacturers do, they make the latest model a slightly different size, hence the purchase of the same cover that I had on my S8+. I purchased the same as before as I thought it was the best. I like it because it's sturdier (in case I drop my phone), easy to handle, fits well, and it isn't slippery where it would have the possibility of sliding out of my pocket. The only downside may be that it is slightly bulkier than others.

A little expensive for a plastic box that goes around your camera. It's sturdy as heck and has smooth edges around the curved screen. It stops me from accidentally pausing my videos as well which is a nice plus. Phone hasn't broken since I got it, and when I do drop my phone I don't feel like it has shattered. Luckily I have a full time job so $60 for a case isn't bad but I bought Bio-Shock Infinite for $50. I just think phone cases are priced ridiculously. Cudos for the company making that type of money though.

I've trusted Otter Box cases ever since I bought my first phone, and have never once regretted the decision. They are excellent at protecting your phone in accidental drops. The only thing I'd mark down is the lack of the built in screen protector, like they had for earlier phones. Having that optional would be awesome for this case.

Really tight fit which peeled up screen cover. Price was too high but Best Buy did not carry any other options. Previously used Otterbox satisfactorily but they get away with overpricing and I don't have unlimited time to search for a similar product. Unfortunately the choice is Amazon and that is not an option for me

I have had an Otterbox on the last 3 smartphones I've owned. I am extremely tough on my phones and they withstand all of my phone abuse. I once tried a different brand because they were out of the Otterbox I needed when I upgraded my last phone. Huge mistake. I will never do that again. I ended up buying an Otterbox a few months later. Some people complain that they make the phone so much bigger, but it doesn't bother me at all-- my phone still fits in my front pockets just fine. (Even some of the sad excuses for pockets that the fashion industry somehow thinks women like. ) Plus, I'd rather have a slightly larger phone than a broken phone.

The Otterbox Defender is one of the best cases you can get to protect your phone. It fits well, has a nice grip, and doesn't let crumbs or dust get between it and your phone. I got this case for my husband's phone, since he prefers the Otterbox, and the holster is nice so he doesn't have to cram the phone into his pocket.

Another Great Case from OtterBox. I've had the Defender Series for my last 4 phones and they have kept my phones in like new condition despite the abuse of my active lifestyle. This one doesn't have the built in screen protector like the past ones. Kind of miss that feature.

Excellent functionality with Samsung S10+ All buttons work well but are a bit stiff - Grippy case material keeps phone where you put it in pocket or on dash - Wish front could have a protective cover but that would hinder functionality with security - Great fit / feel in hand when talking - Excellent case

The OtterBox Defender Series is the best case you can get. Cell phones cost a lot and the last thing you need to do is break it. It has an hard outer cell, protection against the elements, a soft shell to absorb the shock from being dropped and even a belt clip. It is well worth the money.

Perfect way to protect your expensive phone! These cases are the best! I just wish they still had the clear plastic front. It seemed like it would save your screen better than this stick on one. My old phone with the defender case is still in perfect condition, now it's my moms!

I have never purchased an otter box before but have always heard great things about them. After buying my phone and going to use this, it was very easy to understand the directions and get it onto my phone. Also the color is super cute! I will always be purchasing otter box from now on!

So what I don't like is that if you really want your phone protected you have to use the clip. Using the clip makes it heavier! Also I don't like that this doesn't come with the screen protector, which is why I use the clip. (So I just kept the plastic that came with the phone.) And it totally sucks that you have to take the clip off every time you want to take a picture. Other then that...I'm happy with this purchase.

I only use OtterBox due to the abuse I put all my phones through. The fit is perfect and there's no annoying screen protector. The buttons are a little stiff but that's to be expected. I've been using it a couple of weeks now and they've gotten easier to press.

The case is made well and fits tightly. I was worried about extra bulk compared to the otter commuter but its not much bigger and only slightly heavier for much better protection. The access to ports are better than commuter too.

This case fits the phone very well. The phone has been dropped a few times and is still perfectly fine thanks to this case. At first the buttons for the phone were hard to push, but after it has been used for a while they get easier.

As the title says, it's an OtterBox Defender. Not much else needs to be said. Fits the phone extremely well and protects it as much as possible with the curved screen still being accessible. Not having a screen protector built in is the reason for only 4 stars. Having to spend extra for a protector isn't fun with how expensive these cases are.

The Defender Series doesnt add as much bulk or weight as I have expected, yet does the job I had expected. It allows for wireless charging and with the belt clip, minimizes damage to the screen. I am very happy with this choise.

For an Otterbox product it isn't as bulky as some models. It is more stylish and will definitely protect the phone. Be careful and follow instructions on putting it on as it may cause screen protector to pop off on edge.
