It pulled corners of protector up, had to return.

Tremendous let down

Not only did the case fail protect the phone properly (back glass crack/micro shatter due to corner impact), but the shell itself eventually broke at the thin points along the bottom near the ports. Both failures occured within the first few months of using the product. I've since switched to another brand and am infinitely more pleased with the product.

I will be returning it when I returning to the Philadelphia area. This is the second otter box that I purchased. I actually purchased two because you did not have my preferential color. I paid for the second one and had it delivered to my residence. I should have kept the first (purple).

Galaxy s10 plus insurance is a waste at besy buy

I told him i paid sprint for a glass replacement insurance he said best buy doesn't cover this even though I bought it through best buy. So i go to T mobile the employee there said best buy lied about a broken phone screen just to gain a replacement i didn't need. I just needed a newer screen protector which he showed me by peeling of the old protector. I went back to best buy to show the door greeter he was wrong i do have a screen protector that came with my new s10+ he still denies it came with when i bought it 2 yrs ago. He said it's not in his computer so i couldn't get another one at besy buy. I went next door to below zero they had some in stock. Im done with besy buy period. They hired dumb people who thinks there smarter than anyone who walks in to besy buy.
