Too big for the 10plus

Was the holster defective, or just a poor design?

Within the first three days of use, the phone fell out of the holster case and shattered the screen! Now I'm looking at a $199 repair bill, but Best Buy does NOT have the parts needed to fix this phone. This is the first time I've bought an Otter Box and the first time I've been disappointed with the Geek Squad.

While most of our cases have historically been compatible with power sharing, it can be heavily reliant on the other phone that is being charged, and unfortunately because of this, we are unable to guarantee that the Defender Series Pro is compatible with this feature for all other devices.
