Overall great, but takes away key feature.

However, it took away the the key feature of the phone which is the wireless powershare. It will not charge my galaxy watch active with the rubber case on. Wierd considering my phone is still charge on my wireless charging pad. Let me know if there are any hacks around this. Love Otterbox best product for protecting your devices. Would recomend for quality protection. Just wish it had the functionality to work with this new device.

Groove wears out on side of phone case

I am actually injuring the tendons in my hands and wrist trying to push the volume and power buttons! You don't even want to know what I looked like and how difficult and painful it was to take screenshots! I would eventually give up after about 3 minutes of trying. If I could take it back without Best Buy charging the $35 restocking fee noted on my reciept, I would! So disappointed, sore and sad.
