The otter box caused the Samsung factory installed screen protector to bubble in the top right corner and bottom right corner within minutes of Best Buy sales person putting the case on. I have always used Otter Box for my phones, sadly, in this case it was a mistake.

Also tempered glass will not seat with the otter box. Their answer is buy their system with tempered glass installed, but if glass breaks, you're buying a whole new case. I'm sorry but to me it is way overpriced. I'm done paying for a name and reputation.

While our cases are compatible with Qi charging, you may find some variance in the performance of different chargers, so trying out another charger may work best for you. As for the screen protector, we don't currently have any cases with one built-in, as our engineers determined that the best way to interact with the display of this device was without the addition of built-in screen protection. That being said, your case is totally compatible with Alpha Flex if you're looking to add an extra level of screen protection.

The price I paid for the OtterBox was $60 plus tax. The product description is misleading. Each part should be photographed separately, Since this purchase was made during the COVID-19 pandemic(curbside), I had to make a second purchase for the screen protector. This was not a pleasant Best Buy experience.
