My previous case also came as a recommendation from the sales person but my screen cracked anyway. What I don’t like about this case is that the charging area and the on off area are covered and hard to open when I want to plug in my phone or to quickly mute my phone At this point I am unsure whether I would recommend this case. That is not an option under the recommendations.
