The top part is easy to do it’s the two bottom ones and I have to try and slide phone out then I can get the whole thing apart

An expensive pain

Then she was asking if we could return it an get something completely different. The built in screen protector doesn't pay flat against the phone screen, which was causing difficulties using her phone. I opted to rip out the screen protector so now it works like a charm. No more pushing an icon 5 times to open an app. Not worth the money in my opinion. Over priced an over rated for something I had to dismantle to get full functionality

That screen protector should lay flat over the screen of that device, so we're bummed that this one wasn't meeting our typical standards. We do notice that the addition of another screen protector under the Defender Series can lead to similar issues.
