Have used them in the past and outlasted the phone. This Otterbox only lasted about a year. Had to replace it with a LifeProof which is much more superior.

I could not believe it! Otterbox agreed to replace the case for a shipping fee of $12.99. Needless to say, I declined. I was told the way my phone dropped was the 1% chance the case would not work and its not a 100% guarantee their cases will always work. It was not worth the purchase.

We do test our cases extensively to ensure that they provide the absolute best device protection possible, but unfortunately, every drop is subject to a number of different variables or dynamics, some of which are simply beyond our control.
Although our warranty is not transferable to the Apple device itself, we would still love to set you up with a brand-new warranty replacement so that you can get off to a fresh start once that screen has been repaired. We do apologize for any miscommunication - while we do have a nominal shipping and handling fee for our warranty process, it is typically extremely small, and should not reach $12.99. Good case makes the phone NON FUNCTIONAL

On multiple occasions I had to remove the Iphone from the case to swipe to answer a call. In frustration I have stopped utilizing the case. Complained at Best Buy the answer was basically Tough S*&T sucker.

Don’t buy from the Defender Series.

Super Bulky, which I didn’t mind due to me thinking that it was ultimate protection yet I dropped my phone once and the whole screen cracked. Not worth the price

It was also very difficult to open the case to try to clean it. Overall very disappointed with this expensive case.
