I returned it because I felt my screen was vulnerable and the back of the case would not let my flashlight work. The case and the buttons were off. I tried to turn up the volume and it goes down and the power button was taking screen shots.

First off, we decided to fore-go the built-in screen protector because our engineers found that including one would hinder functions of your curved display. Although we understand why you wouldn't want a case that was giving you such issues, we wish you would've reached out to us as we have some great troubleshooting tips that would've cleared things right up. I cant find the phone or tell up from down cause it is just very dark black. The holder with clip is very difficult to operate. you cant get your phone out of it fast enough to answer a call

The screen of your phone is not protected with this defender series. I still think OtterBox protects your phone better than any other case though.
