Broken phone holster

However, the small plastic piece which locks the phone on to the belt holster broke. Then the holster was not good. Luckily, Otter box has a warranty website. I ordered a replacement set and it will arrive in a few days.

Also, it didn’t have a fold back cover to protect the screen. The packaging gave this covered view therefore customer perception is complete coverage.

Breakable Otterbox

He dropped it on carpet floors, it cracked and was missing a piece on the edge. Very disappointing.
